Assistant Manager Regional Insurance Marketing Distribution

• You will work closely with cross functional teams to develop marketing and distribution strategy for Grab’s strategic initiatives related to insurance products
• Analyse large data sets, in collaboration with specialist teams, to propose new insurance products
• Support, plan and execute insurance distribution
• Engineer strategic partnerships and initiatives Insurance companies to add value to Grab’s ecosystem.
• Drive both qualitative and quantitative research on insurance across driver segments and verticals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, Masters preferred
• 3+ years’ marketing or strategy experience
• Highly efficient collaborator with cross functional teams both internal and external
• Excellent ability to articulate complex material succinctly
• Strong Project Management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strategic thinking for long-term planning
• Proficiency in data analysis is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Must have strong initiative, adaptability and focused attention to detail
• High standards of excellence; desire to learn and grow
