Ensure seamless execution of payments to regional marketplace participants (driver partners, restaurants, financiers etc.,) on a daily/weekly cadence
Become a payments expert - navigate exceptions expeditiously and establish a premier communication strategy to assist regional operations grow their business
Design the payments process for new launch markets for existing or new products
Build payment infrastructure for new products from the ground-up through workflow automation and banking solutions
Play a data-centric role in handling complex SQL/ data-intensive tasks
Build analytics dashboards for tracking regional payments activities and characteristics
Effectively manage escalations and drive process improvement changes across internal and external stakeholders (e.g., product managers, banks, payment vendors, etc.)
Coordinate with regional and central teams on cash management / banking needs to support regional operations
Execute playbook around partner payment risk management
Develop analysis and initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, growth and risk
The must haves:
BS/BA/Master in Economics, Finance or Business, preferred
2+ years of finance/business operations experience in a high-growth, rapidly changing environment
Effective cross functional work experience
Extraordinary critical thinking and analytical problem solving abilities
Strong analytical skills (experience with modelling, SQL and solid Excel skills are a big plus)
Working knowledge of Python or another scripting language is a plus
