Get to know the Role:

  • Be a critical member of the growing Driver Marketing Team. Feel the satisfaction of delivering marketing campaigns that drive visible impact in the market, and more importantly shape the future of our driver community as we strive to better their lives.
  • You will be responsible for delivering large scale marketing campaigns, and be a key contributor to the driver acquisition and retention strategy.
  • To do this, you will need to be equally creative and analytical in order to create strategic ways for us to deliver insightful and meaningful campaigns to our key audience.

The day-to-day activities:

  • Strategic planning of marketing plans that result in the strongest driver supply in MY.
  • Delivering driver acquisition and retention campaigns (both digital and offline).
  • Analyze and derive insights from research and market understanding.
  • Craft meaningful messaging and positioning of ATL and BTL materials.
  • Work closely with Creative team, Media Agency and production to deliver great collaterals that make an impact.
  • Manage the marketing funnel from Awareness, Interest, Desire to ultimately Conversion.
  • Execution and post analysis tracking of driver campaigns.
  • Overall campaign and project management.
  • Perform data analysis and provide recommendations based on driver insights.
  • Critical to be able to work closely and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across departments with ability to manage and work under challenging timelines.

The must haves:

  • Possess at least a Bachelor’s in Marketing.
  • 3-4 years of marketing/brand management experience (either in Consumer, B2B or both).
  • Personable, presentable and ability to articulate well.
  • Critical and analytical thinking skills with sound understanding of marketing principles and message positioning.
  • Effective project management skills.
  • Ability to insightfully brief and direct creative materials based on audience, medium and channel.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple way.
  • Comfortable with designing, executing and tracking successful digital marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media campaigns, integrated marketing, mobile marketing and direct marketing campaigns.
  • Understanding of Google Analytics, Eloqua, Mailchimp, LeanPlum (or any data analysis software) a plus.
  • Ability to use Adobe Suite or production software a plus.
