Get to know our Team & Role:
The task includes extracting customers’ data from various databases, create and test hypotheses, e.g. consumer behavior; Uncover insights with business value and present findings as well as propose business (marketing) action plans; Develop and implement methodologies to quantify the effectiveness of action plans.
The day-to-day activities:
- Be the key data analytics and insights driver to drive data-driven marketing strategies and decision making by;
- Performing in-depth data analysis, including statistical and regression modeling to uncover insights on products and consumers
- Executing and setting up research (qualitative/quantitative) to drive understanding of consumer behavior
- Measuring the effectiveness of marketing activities by performing detailed post-mortems
- Working with various stakeholders to understand the objective and marketing problems and providing a solution with accurate data points and measurement methods.
- Working with external research agencies to set clear objectives and structure research questions with a view to creating actionable outputs
- Performing ad hoc surveys and studies to support new business growth opportunities

- Works well and support all Marketing team requirements in terms of data analytics, market research and numbers reporting.
The must haves:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably with a focus on Mathematics/Statistics, Finance, Economics with interest in Marketing.
- MS Excel (highly proficient)
- MS Powerpoint
- SQL programming
- 3-5 years of experience in quantitative analytics and reporting
- Strong problem definition and solution skills, combined with an intellectual curiosity and love of learning
- Strong consultative and project management skills
- Proven analytical skills – experience/exposure to business intelligence and data management tools such as Holistic and Tableau will be added advantage
- Experience conducting market research/survey will be a plus point.

- Able to multi-task and work on tight timelines
