Get to know the Role:
Due to increasing volume and complexity of business growth across regions and verticals, Grab is looking for a ‘Lead of Strategic Transformation and Change’ to improve the way we design, manage and track business plans and processes in all cities outside of Metro Manila.
The role gives you the opportunity to lead operational efficiency initiatives – working with local city operations as well as other relevant stakeholders to find untapped efficiencies and smarter ways of working.
The day-to-day activities:
Ensure efficient coordination of various departments by implementing an optimized set of processes and systems
Oversee project delivery and change management processes, including leading critical and high visibility strategic initiatives
Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of projects and programs
Collect data on various metrics to create performance baselines and implement it across regions
Serve as a principal adviser for Grab City Operations, especially for business process mapping and analysis
The must haves:
At least 3 years of experience in Project Management (6 Sigma Black Belt Certified will be an advantage)
Has a track record of successfully collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and enforce friction-reducing processes and cadences
Widely exposed to strategic problem solving and root cause analysis methodologies, preferably in business operations
Highly skilled in process flow documentation and literature (ISO certification is a plus)
