Work with business stakeholders to execute strategic programs, monitor operational processes and marketing campaigns
Conduct factual and quantitative analysis for any recommendations to ensure alignment with strategic directions and financial soundness; leverage network and personal knowledge to source required information internally and externally
Effectively translate data speak to human language and ensure analysis to business stakeholders is presented with attention to necessary details
Support various business functions with the automation and maintenance of various management reports
Relevant Experience
Understand the concepts of data modelling such as logistic regression, churn, and predictive modelling
Ability to use data visualization to create meaningful insight
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or business-related fields
Minimum 2-3 years experience, preferably with an organisation with complex data requirements, strong data-driven businesses and fast-paced business cycles
Familiar with data tools/programs such as MySQL, Excel, and Tableau Software. Experience with R or Python is a plus
Passionate about solving problems – possesses a relentless need for investigation and data exploration
Strong critical thinking and ability to frame issues logically
Driven, motivated, positive attitude, eager to learn and resourceful
Good interpersonal skills to build rapport with team members
Comfortable to independently manage one or two workstreams and prioritize activities to deliver to deadlines in fast-paced environment
