Position Overview:
As an Assistant HR Manager, you will support the HR Manager in overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions, ensuring compliance with Vietnamese labor law and company policies. You will be responsible for payroll, compliance, recruitment, employee relations, and HR process improvements while fostering a professional and supportive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee key HR functions including Recruitment, Training & Development, Performance Management, Payroll, Policies, and Benefits.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll processing in compliance with tax, insurance, and labor regulations.
- Manage and improve HR processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with company regulations and Vietnamese labor law.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to line managers.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with internal policies, labor law, audits, and group HR requirements.
- Act as a bridge between employees and management to maintain a positive and productive workplace.
- Prepare HR reports and support compliance reviews and audits.
