The position will report the Head of Operations Support and shall be responsible in process improvement related activities
Key accountabilities include ensuring service delivery in accordance to SLAs/KPIs and accuracy of data management
Provides support to the team in line with Finance Ops Support & Services strategy
Get to know the Role:
Participate in operational review meeting and any key stakeholder meeting(s)
Identify and implement standardization and optimisation for performance improvement in systems and processes, including investigation, resolution and escalation of issues in a timely manner
Implement feedback channel for process improvement areas for continuous improvement with a “Center of Excellence” mindset
Perform benchmark against best practices and regional/ world players in the same field
Ensure compliance to all key controls within all operational processes handled by Operations Support Team
Monitor related Key Performance Indicators and ensure timely resolution of all related operational performance measurement issues to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements
Back up team members as and when required
Ad hoc assignment
Vertical Business Units & Departments, Regional and Local Finance, Finance Operations
Communicate with multiple internal and external stakeholders
The must haves:
5-8 years
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting and/or
Professional Qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA).
Ability to multi-task, attention to details and work under pressure
Good analytical skills
Able to articulate clearly in both written and spoken English
Advance Excel knowledge
