Get to know the Role:
The Grab Creative Department is responsible for building the Grab brand through effective brand and promotional campaigns that persuade, excite and build brand loyalty amongst users. You will get a chance to work directly with progressive thinkers from the marketing department to help shape the brand together as a team. You will also get access and support from the Regional Creative Team who consists of experienced and awarded creatives from multinational agency backgrounds.

- Your core responsibility covers conceptualizing and executing communications deliverables that include digital campaigns, ATL/BTL advertisements, marketing landing pages, activation ideas and customer experience design.
- Apply the Grab brand voice across a variety of media platforms on local level.
- Report to and support the Creative Lead to help ensure the creative standard is maintained consistently.
- Manage, coach and guide internal junior creative teams to deliver communications campaigns.
- Able to make decisions on behalf of the Creative Lead in their absence.
- Craft and supervise the production of creative work to ensure they are executed well.
- Ensure the Brand Guidelines are adhered to.
- Work with the Country Marketing Managers to understand project needs and be able to provide creative solutions that help meet the campaign objectives.
Financial
- Understand standard creative production costs and value to make the best decision for any production work in the creative department.
People
- Manage, guide and nurture more junior creatives on daily basis.
- Provide constructive input to performance appraisals of more junior teammates.
- Good EQ is a must.
The must haves:
- Minimum of a degree - ideally (but not mandatory) in Advertising/Media, Journalism, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- Excellent art direction and design skills.
- Good conceptual, communications and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and collaborative.
- An amazing portfolio of brand building work and awards.
- Excellent command of the local language and a good command of English (written & spoken).
- A good eye, for both art direction/design and copy.
- Work experience in a reputable advertising/digital agency as a Creative Director.
- A strategic creative thinker who can contribute to communications strategies that deliver results.
- Experience managing a team of creatives and working with external partners (creative agency/production house).
- Experience managing marketeers/clients.
- Digital creative experience will be an advantage.
- 8 - 12 years of agency experience
