WHAT YOU'LL DO
A. Support Brand & Marketing Strategy
- Assist in analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitor insights.
- Contribute ideas to integrated marketing campaigns (Amazon, Instagram, etc.) to boost brand visibility and engagement.
- Support the crafting of a cohesive brand story, ensuring alignment across platforms.
B. Maintain Brand Identity & Consistency
- Assist in managing brand guidelines included as visuals, tone, and storytelling.
- Help develop and maintain brand assets, templates, and creative guidelines.
- Support loyalty-building initiatives through personalized content and customer engagement programs.
C. Coordinate Campaign Execution & Reporting
- Assist in setting and tracking KPIs for marketing campaigns (awareness, engagement, loyalty).
- Gather campaign performance data, build reports, and share insights with the team.
- Support content calendar planning and execution across platforms.
D. Collaborate & Learn from a Creative Marketing Team
- Work closely with the Brand Marketing Manager and teams to brainstorm and implement ideas.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Be proactive in learning and sharing marketing trends and best practices.
E. Contribute to Brand Reputation & Risk Monitoring
- Monitor brand mentions and community feedback across platforms.
- Assist in identifying potential risks and supporting proactive brand management.
- Help prepare communication plans for managing issues if they arise.
