Get to know the Role:
This role is responsible to provide support and maintenance car unit. Help minimize the un-utilized unit with workshop dealer, external workshop partners and insurance.
The day-to-day activities:
- Check the condition of the unit completely (body, engine and accesoriss)
- Conduct periodic monitoring of the maintenance all cars either in pool or curently in operation
- Make predictions of vehicle maintenance and repair due date KM Based forecast comparing to GPS mileage
- Coordination with business partner (insurance,dealer, business process outsource) to maintain and repair car.
- Daily update and monitor progress unit maintenance and swap car
- Monitor the management of vehicles such as stock vehicles (swap, Flexi), replacement vehicles, operational vehicles
- Extend Licence (STNK, KIR, KPS) that has expired
- Spare Keys Management
- Estimate cost of repair and maintenance of car
- Capable to propose alternate solution to reduce cost and lead time
- Handling Voice of Customer which deals with vehicle maintenance and repair
- Provide direction to customers related to vehicle maintenance and repair
- Provide technical support according to emergency troubleshooting
- Arrange customer to do maintenance and repair of vehicle according to KM based
The must haves:
- Minimum experienced working in car rent or taxi pool or dealer more than 7 years is preferred
- Has a driving license (SIM A) and know how to drive properly
- Familiar with Ms. office (excel and word), can using function v lookup, if, pivot
- Minimum diploma degree, preferably from automotive or STM with more than 7 years’ experience in dealer, car rental or taxi pool
- Knowing well administration data
- Minimum or equivalent certification training Toyota step 2 plus diagnostic (pro technician)
- Minimum certification training Service Advisor team 21 or equal
- Well Known workshop and after sales administration process
- Familiar with the spare part catalogue, price of part, labor of maintenance, standard technical flat rate
- Well know about part and tire source and level (Genuine, OEM, interchange class)
- Strong technical skills, good communication and interpersonal skill
