The Grab Driver Communications and Training Department is responsible for making sure that communications to drivers are effective, relevant, and most importantly understood through different channels and mediums. You will get a chance to work directly with progressive thinkers from different operational and marketing departments and help shape the driver's journey as a team.
Get to know the Role:
The Art Director is responsible for translating marketing and operational strategies into creative visual/multi-media content that communicate the message effectively but still maintaining and adhering to Grab's brand. Your work scope covers designing and art directing communications deliverables that include digital and visual executions (infographics and videographics), designing landing pages, and customer experience design. Collaborates with various vertical/business leads (i.e. GrabCar, GrabExpress, GrabFood, Driver Team) to ensure the clearest, most interesting work is produced.
The day-to-day activities:
Oversee digital campaigns from ideation to production
Conceptualise creative ideas for advertising/communications campaigns that will help to deliver on business and campaign objectives
Crafting the creative work through art direction and design
Ensure that the visual tonality is in line with Grab’s Brand Guidelines
Supervise photography shoots
Supervise video production (editing)
Making sure the digital and visual design executions are delivered correctly in different media
Work closely as a team with creative and marketing colleagues to ensure the work is delivered on time and on brief
Liaise with suppliers to ensure the production and execution of the work meets set standards
Build and manage a relationship with internal and external stakeholders to grow the business and meet the company’s overall objectives
Work with provided resources, be able to identify and award suppliers in a cost-efficient manner without sacrificing the creative output
