The day-to-day activities:
a. Responsible to achieve target twithin his/her area
b. Maintain relationship with small or paretto retailer to increase revenue within his/her area,
c. Enhance sales team area (FMCG, Electronic/Pulsa & Restaurant) to achieve target sales KPI and GMV growth
d. Responsible for ensuring all booking and administration done properly as policy
e. Monitor & track retail performance and perform necessary performance
f. Responsible to report daily, weekly & monthly achievement
g. Develop a pipeline of prospects which are systematically qualified, managing the decision-making process within allocated accounts to ensure sales prospects are close
h. Analyse market, customer, so can give best solution for end customer & also for Retailer
i. Handle sales process with accuracy and timeliness
The must haves:
a. Minimum bachelor degree
b. Minimum 2-3 years experience in the same field
c. Have experience and knowledge about retail sales process
d. Leadership and customer & target oriented
e. Strategic thinking, negotiation skill, problem solving and decision making
