Architect (Mid Level to Senior)

• Produce accurate architectural drawings, 3D models, and detailed plans using Revit, Autocad.
• Translate design concepts and sketches into technical documentation for construction.
• Work closely with architects, interior designers, and consultants to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to integrate technical requirements into the Revit model.
• Participate in design and coordination meetings to address design and technical issues.
• Ensure drawings meet project specifications, building codes, and company quality standards.
• Maintain and update BIM/Revit standards, families, and templates.
• Conduct model audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Assist in preparing presentations, renderings, and visualizations for client approvals.
• Track and implement design changes throughout the project lifecycle

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, or a related field with 5 - 7 years of experience
• Experience in hospitality design is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• English skill is plus
