Objective: Main goal of this position is to ensure effective antifraud cases investigation and detection consistent with procedures and instructions.
Reporting lines: Antifraud Manager
Key accountabilities:
- Verifying fraudulent detections identified by the system or reported by the clients.
- Identification and confirmation of fraud attempts based on data provided by antifraud analysts.
- Improving processes and bringing new ideas how to control fraud attempts.
- Manage welcome calls activities and mystery shopping together with Security department.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports about performed activities and findings.
Experiences and competencies:
- High school or University degree.
- At least 2 years’ experience as fraud investigation specialist, antifraud call center operator, credit expert or senior credit expert.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure.
- Team player.
- Willing to learn.
