Get to know the Role:
this person will be responsible for Airport operations , regular engaging with Airport authority and continuously solving problems at Airport operation business related with Grab
The day-to-day activities:
- To analyze all areas of business related data and performance of Grab at airport to make sure that both supply and demand are in balance at the assigned Airport
- Us analysis to determine pricing and incentives needed for their designated Airport
- Oversee day to day operation on all airport to ensure operations function to promote growth while at the same time monitor operation goals
- Delegate tasks and set deadline from the Airport Manager
- Discover training needs and provide coaching and also suggest and organize team building activities
- Resolve any issues or conflicts in operation
- Liaise with others Grab Verticals and related parties to ensure smooth deliver on a product support level
- Communicating with upper management, internal related department, partner and authority to develop operation goals
- Maintain coordination’s with airport authority and local transport partner(s)
- Assessing of the budget to ensure goals are met
The must haves:
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in any field (Aviation is a plus).
- Minimums of 3-5 years of experience (Aviation industry or airport knowledge and experience is a plus)
- Regularly utilizes Microsoft Office and Especially Excel & Power point
- Problem Solver and able to manage stakeholders, upholding the highest level of customer satisfaction level
- Good Communication Skill.
