Mức lương:
- Work alongside the App Tracking partner/Digital Platform to communicate the latest product updates and tracking best practices throughout our Marketing department.
- Work closely with multiple commercial teams to solicit their app product needs, and work together with the technical teams to prioritize the requests according to business value
- Develop best practices and provide expertise and market insights on the latest App Marketing developments across the Marketing department.
- Generate business-relevant insights and recommendations from app performance analyses and from the output of attribution models.
- Planning & executing app monthly spending to achieve the revenue & acquisition

Yêu cầu
- 2+ years experience in app marketing or high-tech industry (ecommerce, mobile game, fintech,…)
- Experienced with app tracking system (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Kochava,…) is a must
- Fluent in English is an advantage.
- A self-starter with enthusiasm, adaptability and a can-do attitude.
- Strong mobile user acquisition background driving installs and demonstrating ROI
- Strong knowledge of Performance Marketing in general, preferably at an online company with global scale
- Strong analytical skills
- Proven experience in drawing business insights from data
- Solution-oriented and result-driven
- Strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful
- Proactive, flexible and capable of working independently as well as working in a team
- Team player with strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
- Good communication skills
- Experience with ASO a plus
