Mô tả công việc

  • Assign daily tasks and arrange shift schedules for team members.
  • Guide and train new staff on service procedures and shift setup.
  • Perform opening and closing duties in accordance with company standards.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the restaurant at all times.
  • Support team members during service to ensure smooth operations.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned by the management team.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Good-looking
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory/team leader role
  • Proactive, energetic, and quick in handling unexpected situations
  • English communication skills
