Responsibility
In order to expand the business, we are looking for candidates who will report to the Back-End Manager and will be responsible for the following activities:
- Manage product line-up as a merchandiser based on customers’ or market requirements
- Carry out market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to understand customers' demand, requirements
- Negotiate with the supplier about procurement, delivery, and price, quality management
- Maintain, update the product management database to ensure smooth daily operation
- Plan and carry out a promotion campaign, manage the product website
- Liaise with Headquarters or other Departments, respond to customer requirements, and claim
- Plan and carry out cross-functional PJ to improve business operation
- Manage and improve eƯiciency of the supply chain, especially stock management of the company
- Carry out PJs to control and reduce deadstock
- Review and improve productivity of daily operations
Others:
- Collate statistics and generate reports
- Support management
- Other tasks as required
Requirements
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: Any
- Age: 26~35 years old
- Education background: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
- Language: English - Business Level
- Experience: 3 years or more:
+ Experienced in product management-related jobs: market research, developing and launching new products, managing daily operations
OR
+ Experienced in purchasing of mechanical / factory automation components (supplier sorting, negotiation, … )
OR
+ Experienced in planning and executing new improvement actions in product management and supply chain management
- Others:
+ Possess high energy and be result-oriented
+ Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills
+ Good communication and negotiation skills
+ Good time management skills and a team player
+ Competent in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
