Position: General Accountant - Manufacturing
Job Code: 123505
- Working location: Yen My District, Hung Yen Province, Vietnam
- Monthly Salary: 15,000,000～20,000,000VND
Responsibility
- Issue VAT invoice & delivery notes cum internal shipping
- Booking entries, cash receipt/payment
- Checking entries in the inventory module on the Mankichi system
- Prepare payment via bank by a CSV file that is exported from the ERP system
- In charge of bookkeeping at Bank (VCB, Mizuho, SMBC)
- Collect invoices and related supporting documents from internal and external parties related to purchasing and exporting
- Filling documents in hard copies ( IR, Sales invoices, Bank payment, BR)
- Checking & confirming the statement account from suppliers
- Monthly check and reconcile revenue
- Make AR reconciliation with the customer
- Prepare monthly AR reports and overdue payment reports from customers
- Prepare monthly /quarterly/yearly statistics reports to submit to the State Bank
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Chief Accountant

Requirements

<Required Skills/Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a major related to accounting, finance...
・Gender: Any 
・Age: Under 35 years old
・Language: English - Business level 
・Experience: Having at least 3 years of working experience as a general accountant in manufacturing companies
