<Job Responsibilities>Responsibilities: strategy, operations, team coaching, customer relations. Ideal candidate: strategic, practical leader with strong sales/marketing expertise.
A. MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES1. Market Research: Conduct market research (opportunities, trends, competitors). Report accurate competitive intelligence to the COO; ensure data accuracy.2. Strategy & Implementation: Plan/implement marketing strategies supporting sales.3. Promotional Materials: Ensure advertising, sales support, and promotional literature. Prepare/present deals to customers.4. Event Coordination: Coordinate product launches, events, seminars, and promotions.
B. SALES RESPONSIBILITIES5. Budgeting: Prepare sales and profit budgets with the COO by due dates.6. Account Management & Reporting: Maintain visit records; provide COO feedback. Discuss non-standard deals/profit margins with the COO.7. Proactive Strategy: Provide proactive strategies to the COO to boost sales/profit if figures fall below the budget.8. Sales Team Support: Equip staff with sales checklists for clear visit objectives. Support team in building strong relationships with allocated accounts.9. Debt Collection: Monitor overdue/due debt collection per company credit policy.10. Pricing & Profitability: Ensure correct pricing to maintain Raw Material Profit. Implement price increases for agreed profitability. Keep prices updated.11. Sales Support & Reporting: Support Product/ Branch Managers and Sales Staff for targets/profit margins. Submit customer visit reports to the COO.12. Product Recommendation: Recommend products for “Approved Stock Items”; set monthly sales targets.13. Customer Service Review: Regularly review delivery, service, and product quality with customers for continuous improvement.14. Monthly Reports: Provide monthly sales figures/ reports in agreed format with comments.15. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain/ improve customer relationships via entertainment services. COO approval is required if costs exceed the agreed level.
