- Work Location: Binh Thanh District, HCM City

<Job Responsibilities>- Provide & support techniques for all relevant departments as methods for design, airflow analysis, heat load, sound level, equipment selects, and specification products of the company's products and another branch refrigeration system.- Assist sales staff in answering inquiries with regard to the technical of the company's product or another product.- Support to contractors handling the problems after the installation company's product or another product- Visit on-site with sales staff to support them solve all problems of customers.- Assign a service engineer to monitor the installed work of the contractor at the site to avoid mistaken installation progress.- Maintain staff by selecting, and training employees, counseling and disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.- Protect operations by keeping sensitive information confidential.- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending technical workshops and training courses then transfer them to the sales department.- Update Vietnamese regulation of the company's product.- Join technique task team, support another department- Translate & check technical materials in English to Vietnamese.- Control spare part stocking, and inventory monthly.- Hold service training course for dealer and end users.- Control and manage all activities relate with the service department
