<Job Responsibilities>Developing, proposing, overseeing, and implementing the business strategy for the assigned categories• Acts as an ambassador for the category. Research & understand the competitive landscape. Analyze and understand market trends, consumer trends, retailer trends, and industry needs.• Manage licensee portfolio as well as day-to-day relationships with licensees.• Effective communication with multi-stakeholders, including but not limited to Licensees, Licensors, Partners, as well as Internal Teams• Mentoring the team members and building up a working culture following the company’s vision & guidelines• Supporting the Director in everyday responsibilities• Mindful of seeking different chances/collaborations to expand the business outside of the assigned categories is a plus
