As a member of SRE team, you will look after our system architecture, services deployment and maintenance to ensure all TIKI products are running healthily 24/7 and to provide supreme user experience to our customers.

What you will get to do:

• Install, configure, and maintain all servers and systems are used to provide IT services to end users.
• Investigate user problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions.
• Plan and implement network security, including building firewalls, applying cryptography to network applications, managing host security, file permissions, backup and disaster recovery plans, file system integrity, and adding and deleting users.
• Monitoring and maintaining Infrastructure environments
• Managing incidents and problems appropriately
• Perform root cause analysis on reoccurring incidents
• Scheduled maintenance and patching of Infrastructure environments as necessary
• Troubleshooting infrastructure related technologies for Data centre.
