Warehouse Operations Coordinator

1. Daily Operations:

Inbound:

• Monitor data processing plans for inbound shipments.
• Check PO/ASN and contact relevant parties if discrepancies are found.
• Review warehouse capacity and arrange bookings for customers.
• Verify draft documents against CI/PL, confirm with factory and broker, print and stamp for approval.
• Track and reconcile inventory between WMS, customs systems, and customer systems.
• Handle issues related to damaged/dirty/broken containers or vehicles; send NC (non-conformance) reports to customers if unloading issues occur.
• Print inbound tally sheets and documents before unloading products.

Outbound:

• Receive pick ticket releases, consolidate orders, and run waves for packing.
• Print picking lists based on orders.
• Send packing reports to customers upon completion (including shortages, overages, or damages).
• Track and update booking releases and packing lists for forwarders.
• Plan outbound transportation and update master plans/trucking schedules.
• Update Mbolkey for outbound documentation processing.
• Coordinate with stakeholders (carriers, vendors, customers).

2. Documentation Management:

• Collect and store documents related to operational activities.
• Report system or data issues and follow supervisor/manager instructions to resolve them.
• Receive customer feedback and collaborate with operations supervisors to respond.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by operations supervisors/managers.

3. Project Development:

• Participate in new projects to set up, test, and deploy operational processes.
• Propose and implement improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

• Diploma or higher education.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse planning or general planning.
• Prior experience in logistics and warehousing is a plus.
• Proficient in written English communication.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented and strong in data processing tasks.
