Get to know the Role:

• Collaborate with Product Designers, Business Teams, and relevant stakeholders to complete the UI and interaction design for new ad features and ensure that the UI achieve the target business goals.

• Explain the design solutions and its rationale to stakeholders.

• Prepare and hand over UI assets for production.

• Ensure all versions of project documents are complete, current, and archived appropriately.

• Perpetually refresh the visual style to keep up with product and customer growth.

The day-to-day activities:

• Create user flow and ad content guidelines.

• Collaborate with Product Designers to understand new products and the experience for them.

• Discuss and create guidelines with Product Designers & Ad Operations.

• Collaborate with Marketing & Sales to create pitch materials, compelling presentations, and case studies

• Work closely with all teams for alignment on design quality, review timeline, and assets from advertisers.

• Request for new assets or work on creatives if needed.

• Quality assurance, ensuring that the ad runs correctly, iterate and improve on the guidelines and processes.

The must haves:
 

• BA/BS degree in Design (e.g. graphic, interaction, visual communications), HCI, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.

• Minimally 3 years of working experience in UI design and illustration.

• Strong design portfolio, of either client projects or personal ones.

• Competency in using design software such as Sketch and Illustrator.

• Competency in using Invision or similar prototyping tool.

• Being a strong illustrator is a big plus.

• Knowledge of major mobile platforms.

• Knowledge of the Tech space and product design will be useful.

• Effective communication skills and stakeholder management skills.
