Get to know the Role:
Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Owners, Engineers and relevant stakeholders to complete the UI and interaction design for new features and ensure the UI achieve the target business goals
Gain an in-depth understanding of our customers' needs and behaviors through user research activities
Create prototypes for design validation
With the help of the user research team, validate the proposed design solutions
Explain the design solutions and its rationale to stakeholders
Prepare and hand over UI assets for production
Ensure all versions of project documents are complete, current, and stored/ archived appropriately.
Perpetually refresh the visual and animation style to keep up with product and customer growth
Requirements:
BA/BS degree in Design (e.g. graphic, interaction, visual communications), HCI, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
3 - 5 years of working experience in UI design and illustration
Strong design portfolio, either of client projects or personal ones.
Competency in using design software such as Sketch and Illustrator
Competency in using Invision or similar prototyping tool
