We're hiring: Design Leader-Coordinator

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Graduated from universities of construction/mechanics
• Good English: 4 skills
• Good negotiation skills with customers
• At least 3 years of working experience in construction / steel structure / pipes / pressure vessels (other fields can be considered)
• Proficient in using Microsoft Project / Excel software in making and managing project progress
• Having organizational mindset, arrange, make and track progress
• Having good statistical thinking, serving the assessment of productivity for each type of product
• Experience in using PDMS/ Aveka/ Tanks/ PVElite/ Tekla software is an advantage

JOB DESCRIPTION

• In charge of all information about the design of the projects.
• In charge of making design schedule, reviewing and managing the overall design schedule, coordinating work according to the progress of projects.
• Exchange information, interact and negotiate with customers of foreign projects.
• Support to search for foreign outsourcing units to ensure the completion of the workload.
• Professional training for engineers of the design department.

WORKING TIME & WORKING PLACE

• Working time: From Monday to Saturday, 8:00 – 17:00

• Attractive salary according to qualification (from 1,500 – 1,800 USD/month)
