Warehouse Supervisor

YOUR MISSION

• As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will ensure that all incoming and outgoing inventory is processed according to schedule.
• Your duties include preparing schedules for Warehouse Associates, training new employees on how to use machinery and monitoring compliance with safety standards.
• You will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of a wide variety of products.
• Ultimately, you should be able to ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.

KEY ACTIVITIES

• Warehouse Leader
• Manage warehouse associates, Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment.
• Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse follow ISO 22000/HACCP standard.
• Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives to improve employees.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped in a timely manner.
• Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements.
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
• Prepare annual budget. Monitor expenses and control the budget for warehouse.
• Liaise with sales team.
• Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results.
• Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees.
• Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc).
• Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided.
• Prepare and Participate as a Member the regular Internal Audits, audit sessions from third parties and customers.
• Set up KPI for warehouse Department, as well as evaluating the results of overall operations regularly and systematically and reporting these results to the BOD.
• Truck scale Leader
• Recording and monitoring the weight of incoming and outgoing vehicles and materials
• Ensuring accurate and efficient weighing processes at the weighbridge
• Collaborating with drivers, warehouse staff, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
• Coordinate with Data team and accounting team to ensure accuracy of data and reports

• WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU 2+ years of experience in the same position, refer experiences in Food / Feed / Aquaculture industry.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases.
• Leadership skills and ability manage staff.
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to English communication.
• College/ Bachelor degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration.
