Warehouse Supervisor

Salary range: 30-35Mil VND (gross)

Accountability Areas:  Warehouse & Inventory Management

Key Related Activities:

✔️ Manage Goods Receipts from Suppliers, Issues and Transfers to Production in

cooperation with Purchasing/ Import Team and in accordance with the approved

procedures

✔️ Manage Goods Receipts from Production, Packaging, Issues and Shipments to

Customers in cooperation with Customer Services Team and in accordance with

approved procedures

✔️ Prepare & maintain records of inventories, goods movements, stocktaking and reporting

✔️ Verify and investigate inventory discrepancies

✔️ Determine proper storage methods, identification and stocks location based on

the actual Warehouse Management Procedures.

✔️ Coordinate with relevant department to optimize Warehouse stock and material

flows and requirements of Safety Stock.

✔️ Follow the FIFO procedures in the Warehouse to ensure the quality of the stored

goods

✔️ Implement and manage Rotative Inventory Count as Company’s procedure

✔️ Implement the required procedures to avoid loss of materials in the Warehouse

to protect Company property

✔️ Develop and implement approved HSE procedures and housekeeping procedures

✔️ Promote continuous improvements plans for developing skills of all Warehouse

team by reviewing/ requesting/ coordinating and/or delivering relevant, useful

training courses for the Staffs.
