Warehouse Manager (Binh Duong)

• Strategically manage both raw material and finished good warehouses in compliance with company’s policies and vision
• Insure all best practice procedures are followed in all areas of responsibility
• Oversee warehouse activities to ensure the efficient utilization of facilities for storing and distributing raw material and finished goods inventories
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
• Ensure all inventories on hand are handled properly in SAP throughout the reconciliation process and month-end closing
• Plan work schedules, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results
• Coach and motivate employees

Requirements: 

• 5 years and above work experience in warehouse management.
• Great team spirit, risk/problem preventative and people management, including safety, principles and employee motivation, etc.
• Be good at Microsoft Office, such as Power point, word, excel, familiar with Oracle system, better to familiar with backflush workflow.
• Good written communication in both English and Vietnamese
