Warehouse Administrator II (Vinh Depot, Temp. 6 months, Outsourced Contract)

- To key, control the data in People Soft , to ensure accurate input of Finished Product & Empties in People Soft.
- To do physical count stocks on daily basis to control stocks.
- Proceed order from distributor.
- Data entry and invoice management.
- Support payment request for OVH at Vinh depot.
- To do warehousing tasks as GMP, FIFO, HACCP etc. to comply with Opco's requirements.
- To work with Forklift Drivers for loading/ unloading goods efficiently.
- To follow strictly SHE policies to ensure safety in working place.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduated from Economics/Business Administration/Accounting
- English: conversant in writing, listening, speaking
- Computer: Good at Excel, Word
- Good communication
- At least 1 year experience in warehouse data entry.
- Working place is at Vinh depot (Nghe An province).
