Visual Merchandise Assistant

This position reported directly to Visual Merchandiser and is responsible for ensuring smooth visual merchandising (VM) and target achievement of ALDO business in the region by:

• Execute visual merchandising and presentation of all stores
• Assist Visual Merchandiser to conduct regular training to store team members on VM basics and VM updated
• Provide high standard of presentation and repetitive store visits with in-store training.
• Ensure all signing and graphics are installed and maintained to the brand’s standards.
• Manage the effective execution/ installment/ quality of marketing materials
• Support to prepare timely photos to Marketing Manager and principal of the stores documenting execution of a given project
• Maintain two-way communication with appropriate partners regarding visual merchandising and store maintenance
• Work closely with Construction team/ Project team in opening store process
• Monitor VM budget & competitor activtiy
• Other related task as required

• Excellent English (oral and written)
  - Very good presentation/communication skills
  - Ability to deliver concise reporting to management
  - Retail experience is a plus
