I. Job Description

• Support to manage Purchase Order;
• Support Perform MRP daily/ monthly to ensure met requirement from Production demand;
• Suppliers’ on-time deliveries management;
• Research financial objectives by working with management group to meet materials budget, schedule expenditures, analyze variances and initiate corrective actions;
• Coordinate with Bill of material team, Purchasing department & Quality controlling department & suppliers to monitor technical change of materials, ensure schedule to supplier is updated with the change;
• Coordinate with cross-functional business teams to develop the best economic strategy for production planning to meet production demand.

II. Requirement

• Good speaking and writing communication in English;
• SAP knowledge is an advantage;
• Proactive, customer oriented, can-do attitude and willing to learn;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Flexible in monitoring material plan and adapt sudden modifications.
