The Marketing team at Shopee is responsible for conceptualizing and implementing go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The team covers areas including Campaigns Management, Community, Public Relations, Partnerships, Offline Marketing and Design. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for strategizing and implementing go-to-market activities and working with local teams to localize marketing for the specific markets. The Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing for the region. This team is responsible for data-driven solutions, tracking and measuring data to reach the targeted customers.

Job Description:

• Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
• Work closely with a diverse team of marketers, designers and business developers in a fast-pace environment

Requirements:

• 2 years of proven graphic designing experience
• Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptually/visually
• Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas to non-designers
• Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (After Effect, Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop...)
• Animation, Motion Graphic and Video Editing is required
• Film Making and Photo shooting experience is a plus
