As the Vice Director of Sales & Marketing, you will:

• Develop strategies and plans for Sales & Marketing Division; from budgeting and resources preparation; Business development and customer service planning .
  + Our strategic services: IT services such as relocation and installation of systems, maintenance, warranty, IT equipment rental.
  + Our strategic client: Project & corporate clients
• Manage and administer the activities of the Sales and Marketing Division: allocate target for each department; organizing and implementing objectives; To inspect and supervise the implementation of solutions to increase turnover and profits; cost control...
• Building and developing the company's brand name: Market research about competitors, market trends...
  Develop and supervise the implementation of marketing plan
• Management and evaluation of human resources: participation in selection, training, evaluation ... for management team in the Division. Guide, supervise and implement training programs to meet business targets. Motivate the employees.
• Other duties as required by the CEO and the Board of Director
