- Server System:
- Good Knowledge the Serverfarm structure, W2k8 and 2k12, 2K16 platform
- Controlling DC, AD, DNS, DHCP, Exchange server, understanding about GPO, IIS, SAN...
- Understanding Virtual system infra such as, VDI, VMWare, Hyper-V structures
- Deply knowledge of Storage system( Dell-EMC, Hitachi, HP MSA, SAN, NAS, CIFS, NFS..* Network System:
- Understanding the network system devices as required( LAN, Switching, routing, ACL,
AP,NAT, VPN, Security)
* Security
- Controlling the NAC( Network access control) system
- Vulnerabilities system managing( Websese, netwrix, Nessus, Acunetix...) - Helpdesk & Maintenance H/W
- Good skills of system maintenancing & devices repairing
- Undertanding the BPX system( LG IPPhone, INternet phone, SIP,,,)
- Controlling the Access Door system to ensure attendance data correctly to HR
System
- User management, Document control, User support
- Team's Fixed asset, equipment control
- Training system control( new comer, IT infra, Security...)
- Installing the PC, Printer other devices of team
