1) Account Payable

• Receive and check content of Purchase contract, purchase oder, good receipt note, invoice
  - Input invoice into system by vendor
  - Prepare payment voucher through bank
  - Deal with bank to transfer money
  - Input payment docs into system
  - Filling docs of AP
  - Prepare AP balance report

• 2) Account Receivable

• Receive and check content of Sales contract, sales order
  - Check money receipt, credit limit line of Sales order
  - Release Sales order
  - Update AR, receipt into system
  - Prepare Sales report, AR report
