• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue closing and reporting, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, billing, and collections for line maintenance services.
• Ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition in accordance with applicable accounting standards, company policies, aviation requirements, and tax regulations.
• Review maintenance service contracts and complex revenue transactions to ensure appropriate accounting treatment, billing, and revenue cut-off.
• Perform reconciliation between revenue, billing, accounts receivable, and operational records, and resolve discrepancies or customer billing issues.
• Maintain and enhance internal controls over revenue accounting to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of revenue data.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and control of revenue processes.
• Analyze revenue performance, actual vs. forecast/budget variances, and key revenue and collection KPIs; provide insights and recommendations to management.
• Prepare revenue forecasts and management reports to support financial planning and decision-making.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Maintenance, and Finance teams to ensure accurate billing, revenue recognition, and timely collection.
• Identify revenue accounting risks and control gaps, and recommend appropriate mitigation actions.
• Support internal audit, external audit, and tax inspections related to revenue accounting and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, aviation financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal policies, and provide guidance and training to junior team members.
• Other tasks assigned by DyFM /FM.

• Knowledge
• Bachelor Degree of Finance/Accounting.
• Knowledge of Vietnam accounting, tax law.
• Skill
• Good spoken and written English.

Experience

• At least 3-5 years of experience with the same position or equivalent.
• Experience with aviation industry revenue models is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Offices, Fast system….
