- Manage, supervise, and coordinate Team Leaders and MTs during the shift
- Ensure compliance with production processes and achievement of project KPIs
- Monitor shift operations and update production output in a timely manner
- Review and verify lot and module reports
- Report on shift performance (safety, quality, and control)
- Arrange shifts and allocate manpower effectively
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Management, Production Management, or related fields
- At least 1 year of experience in a Shift Leader, Production Team Leader, Production Engineer position
- Required skill: Can communication in English
- Strong sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, good time management, and strong discipline
- Willing to work in shifts (3 shifts, 8 hours per shift)
