- Ability to deliver fast and precise pattern creation
- Deep expertise in pattern engineering and construction
- Strong cost awareness and commercial mindset
- Good communication skill by english and possible to provide solution against problme to brand.

- Minimum 8+ years in footwear development.
- English level: Intermediate ~
