TEST DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER

Position Summary

• We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled
• Software Development Engineer to join our engineering team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining web-based applications, APIs, and database solutions using Microsoft technologies.
• The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and user-friendly software solutions that support business operations.
• Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET Core technologies.
• Develop and enhance RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core API.
• Implement and maintain MVC (Model-View-Controller) architecture-based applications.
• Create responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues.
• Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.
• Manage source code using Azure Git or GitHub repositories.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support application deployment, maintenance, and production issue resolution.
• Document software designs, technical specifications, and development procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Education
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience & Technical Skills
• Development Tools

Experience with

• Microsoft Visual Studio and/or Visual Studio Code
• SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) or MySQL Workbench
• Azure Git, GitHub, or equivalent source control systems
• Backend Development
• Knowledge of C# programming language
• Experience developing applications using:
• ASP.NET Core Web Applications
• ASP.NET Core Web API
• Understanding of MVC (Model-View-Controller) architecture
• Familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts
• Frontend Development

Experience with

• HTML5
• CSS3
• JavaScript
• Database Development

Experience working with

• Microsoft SQL Server
• MySQL

Ability to

• Write complex SQL queries
• Create and modify Stored Procedures
• Perform database performance tuning and optimization
• Support AWS-hosted redundant database environments
