Analyse tender documents, project specifications, and client requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams including Technical, Contract, Finance, Marine, and QHSE departments to gather inputs for tender proposals.
Calculate project costs utilizing available tools and methodologies.
Identify project risks and incorporate contingency costs when necessary.
Prepare technical submissions including methodologies, schedules, and resource plans.
Ensure technical inputs comply with project requirements and industry standards.
Develop competitive pricing strategies and prepare commercial terms and conditions in collaboration with the contract team.
Compile technical and commercial documentation for bid submission.
Ensure timely submission of tenders in accordance with client deadlines.
Handle post-tender clarifications, revisions, and negotiations.
Support contract finalisation after successful tender awards.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to improve bidding strategies.
Maintain records of past tenders and lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Bachelor’s degree in Geological Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Geophysical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience in geotechnical or geophysical engineering projects, either onshore or offshore.
Strong understanding of tendering processes, technical proposals, and commercial documentation.
Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional departments.
Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel occasionally and work overtime when required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
English proficiency required.
