- We are looking for a Technical Specialist to provide technical expertise and support for Hardline testing services, ensuring accurate test plans, technical compliance, laboratory capability development, and excellent customer service.
- The role will work closely with laboratory, sales, customer service teams, and clients to deliver reliable testing solutions and support business growth.
- Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to laboratory operations, sales teams, and clients, ensuring accurate testing solutions and timely technical advice.
- Review and approve test plans, protocols, assignments, and test reports in accordance with applicable regulations and customer requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical knowledge databases, SOPs, and quality documents while supporting ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation activities.
- Conduct technical training and seminars for laboratory staff, customer service teams, sales teams, and clients.
- Research and develop new testing capabilities, testing standards, and product categories to expand laboratory services.
- Collaborate with Technical Managers and stakeholders to resolve technical inquiries and support laboratory development projects.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Material Science, Consumer Products, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Hardline, Toys & Juvenile Products (TJP), QA/QC, or testing laboratory environments.
- Strong knowledge of consumer product regulations, testing standards, and laboratory operations.
- Good communication, presentation, problem-solving, and training skills.
- Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
