TECHNICAL SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Purpose

• Develop and manage business in packaging (Flexible & shrink sleeve) while providing basic technical support to deliver suitable solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and maintain existing accounts (FMCG focus).
• Achieve sales targets and manage quotations, contracts, and orders.
• Provide product and technical advice on flexible packaging (pouch, laminate, SSL).
• Coordinate with internal teams for delivery, quality, and new product development.
• Support trials and resolve customer technical issues.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience (packaging preferred).
• Basic knowledge of flexible packaging materials and processes.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• English proficiency and willingness to travel.
