• About the Role
• We are looking for a proactive Technical Operations Intern who can bridge the gap between business operations and technology.
• This role combines business process management, workflow automation, data analysis, and technical problem-solving to improve operational efficiency and support day-to-day business activities.
• Key Responsibilities
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Build and maintain workflows using tools such as n8n, Power Automate, and other automation platforms.
• Manage operational data using tools such as Baserow, spreadsheets, and internal databases.
• Support the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and operational tracking systems.
• Assist in documenting SOPs, workflows, and internal business processes.
• Test automated workflows, troubleshoot errors, and improve system reliability.
• Coordinate with HR, Operations, Data Analytics, and other departments to understand business requirements.
• Monitor operational KPIs and prepare reports to support data-driven decisions.
• Support the integration of business tools and the implementation of internal systems.
• Required Skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of business operations and process management.
• Familiarity with spreadsheets, databases, and data management.
• Interest in workflow automation, business technology, and digital transformation.
• Good written communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to learn new tools and work independently in a remote environment.

• Automation: n8n, Microsoft Power Automate

Documentation

• Outline, Notion, or similar knowledge management platforms
• Knowledge of all listed tools is not required. A willingness to learn and apply technology to real business problems is essential.
