Handling of customer’s requests, complaints on Product application and process - related issuesTrouble-shooting on products and process related problemsCommunication with regional offices on product application issues, new product evaluation, process/product trouble shootingProvide solutions to Customer’s process issues including cost and performance improvement.Lead in support for On-site evaluation of products (PCB process, especially in Electroless Copper and Acid Copper Plating)Guidance to Engineer on Process ImprovementGuidance to Engineer on new product evaluation, trouble shooting andIntelligence feedback on Customer’s insight on business threats from competitors and growth opportunities

Job Requirements

Graduate in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering or related8 ~ 10 years in Printed Circuit Board (PCB) / General Metal Finishing, with 3~5 year experience in PlatingGood Knowledge in PCB process, especially in Electroless Copper and Acid Copper PlatingAble to communicate in both spoken and written EnglishAble to speak and understand Japanese (JLPT 4 and above) an advantageGood understanding of Japanese working culture an advantagePossesses a Valid Driving LicenseIndependent Self-starter with good people skills
