• ** JOB DESCRIPTION

• 1. Teacher Recruitment & Training lead:

• Lead 02 teacher recruitment executives to:
• Collect CVs of suitable teachers from different sources: social media, referrals, recruitment websites and agencies, professional networks
• Recruit teachers according to company's policies
• Conduct on-boarding training for new hires

2. Branding

Lead the project to build a presence for Kyna For Kids in online teacher communities as an innovative, flexible, and reliable employee.

• ** WORKING HOUR AND LOCATION
• Working hours: Full time, 5.5 days/week (Monday to Friday and half day Saturday as assigned by line manager),
• Location: 5th Floor, Bcons Tower - 4A/167, Nguyen Van Thuong street, ward 25, Binh Thanh district, HCMC
• ** REQUIREMENTS
• At least 2 years’ experience in teachers recruitment and management.
• Academic background and qualification: University degree with teaching experience.
• IELTS 6.5++ or equivalent
• Customer-oriented, student-focus mindset, strong leadership skills
• Strong office productivity level & time management ability
• Advanced communication skills
• Eager to learn, ambitious and energetic, team player
• Responsible, hard-working and ready to work to meet deadlines
• Attention to details is a must
