[TAY NINH 1 PJ] Civil Supervisor

JGC Vietnam is looking for 02 Civil Supervisors for Tay Ninh 1 Solar Project in Tay Ninh province. The contract period is from 6 to 8 months. The job holder will perform below tasks:

• Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
• Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (Topography data, reports, tests, drawings and other)
• Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications
• Assess potential risks, materials and costs
• Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
• Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders
• Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
• Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc. and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required
• Verify BQ submitted by subcontractors

• BS in Civil Engineering or equivalent 
• Experience in CVL field work (more than 5 years)
• Experience in dyke construction work, piling work are required
• Experience in earth work, building work and reclamation are advantages
• Working in Nghi Son refinery project is preferable
• Can use software such as AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc.
• Project management and supervision skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
