• Facilitate all aspects of the recruitment process & activities, including sourcing, screening candidates, conducting interviews, managing the hiring process and job fair, seminars that relate to recruitment activities;
• Develop and implement strategies to source and attract talent;
• Proactively partner with Hiring Managers in Business Units & Back Offices teams to understand their hiring needs and ensure relevant recruitment experience;
• Develop and maintain a diverse pipeline of high-quality candidates for current and future needs;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, provide them with accurate and inspiring information about career opportunities;
• Join HR projects and other assignments by line manager.
• * Manage Employer Branding activities.
• Work with the Marketing team to maintain & develop the company's profiles on social media (LinkedIn, FB) job boards, website to ensure consistent branding and widen resources.
• Motivate employees to be brand ambassadors and manage employee referral programs.
• Manage employee satisfaction assessments and recommend measures to improve employee retention.

Yêu cầu việc làm:

• 2 years working experience in a similar role
• Extensive experience sourcing candidates from multiple channels
• Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and relationship building ability,
• Ability to work in fast-changing environments and build solutions that have the ability to flex with the business needs & priorities,
• Excellent office computer skills (MS Excel)
• Excellent organization and time management skill
